Bruce K. Turner

Managing Director/Chairman

Previous career with English Grains, Burton upon Trent as Trainee then Sales and Marketing Manager of Granary Bread.  His role includes key customer contact and he leads innovation. He is a member of the Institute of Brewing and Distilling (IBD),the Master Brewers Association of the Americas, The  American Society of Brewing Chemists and Vistage International. 

Tommy S. Thomson

Commercial Director

Tommy trained as a Company Secretary at Lyle and Scott in Hawick and since joining in 1974 has covered many roles including Finance, General Management and now heads Sales/Trading and strategic sourcing of Grain and Utilities.

 

Jack Ralph

Secretary/Accountant

Following training at Peat Marwick, has managed the Finance function since 1984 producing full monthly management accounts as well as a weekly report of manufacturing performance and unit costs.

 

Gary W. Shaw

Technical Manager

Joined as a brewing graduate from Heriot-Watt University in 1984 and has covered many R&D, production and quality roles. He is now focussed on customer facing technical developments. Member of IBD.

David Benger

Brewing Manager:

Trained as a brewing chemist and covered technical and production roles at Scottish and Newcastle Breweries for 14 years rising to Brewing Manager. Joined PureMalt in 2007. Member of IBD.

 

Laura Gornall

Technical Services Manager

 A brewing graduate from Heriot-Watt University who since joining in 2003 has covered quality, production and planning roles. Member of IBD.

Myles Kelly

Projects Manager

Joined in 2003 to bring process automation in-house and since 2008 has managed a major plant capacity expansion and upgrade of the site infrastructure to BRC Certification. Member of IBD.
