Crystal Extracts

Our range of crystal extracts are full in flavour and colour. These products have a toffee/caramel flavour character combined with an red hue.

3300-3700 EBC Col.	CB400/65
	CB400 is the darkest of the crystal products. This product has a dry mouthfeel and a rich toffee flavour.

2300-2700 EBC Col.	CB220/65
	CB220 is a mid-range crystal extract with lower colour than CB400 and a sweeter flavour.

1550-1850 EBC Col.	CB120/65
	CB120 is the lightest in colour of the red crystal products. This product has a much sweeter and honey like flavour character than CB400 and CB220.

300-380 EBC Col.	CB30/65
	CB30 is the lightest in colour of the crystal extracts i the Puremalt range. This product has a sweet, malty flavour.
