Pale Extracts

Our range of pale malt extracts are best suited for use in reduced or non-alcoholic beers and soft drinks.

120 EBC Col.	ZAB/65
	ZAB/65 is a pale malt base designed for reduced or non-alcoholic beers and soft drinks. This product is not clarified and therefore will add to the turbidity of a final product if not filtered.

<140 EBC Col.	ZAB-Brite
	Similar to ZAB/65. The major difference being ZAB/Brite is a clarified extract and therefore does not require filtering.

350-450 EBC Col.	ABX400
	ABX/400 is a darker product than ZAB with a malty/toffee flavour. Still a clarified malt extract this product is typically used as a base for malt beverages.
