Chocolate Fudge Brownies

My chocolate fudge brownies are quick and easy to make.  They will keep in an airtight container for 1 week but they never last that long – they are yummy

Recipe:

Ingredients

Measure

Castor Sugar

200g

Butter

145g

Dark Chocolate

60g

Vanilla Extract

½ tsp

Eggs

Plain Flour

30g

Salt

¼ tsp

Dark Chocolate Chips

75g

 

Method:

1)  Preheat oven to 170°C

2)  Line a flat baking tray with parchment paper

3)  Melt butter, chocolate and sugar together in a saucepan over a low heat

4)  Add flour and salt into food processor

5)  Beat eggs together and add vanilla extract

6)  Add to the food processor and mix

7)  Add chocolate mixture from saucepan and mix

8)  Once combined, add chocolate chips and mix through

9)  Pour mixture onto baking tray and smooth out with palette knife

10)  Bake in oven for about 30 mins

11)  Be careful not to overbake as brownies should be soft and fudgy

12)  Leave to cool then turn onto a wire rack and cut into squares
