STEP 1

Concept Product Development

Follow our pilot plant process to understand how we are able to create novel beer styles using our recently refurbished pilot plant facility. In this video we follow a demonstration of a customer's marketing brief through the various processes of addition and matching to create a beer style to fit their requirements.

STEP 2

Small Batch Production

Now that we know the recipe for the customer's beer, we scale the production up to create a small batch of their beers. In this video we demonstrate creating an alcohol-free beer using hop and malt extracts, filtration and carbonation.

STEP 3

Packaging

With our recipe produced and now being held in our tanks, the next stage packages the beer. We are able to package into kegs, bottles and cans. This demonstration begins with our canning process, followed by pasteurisation and finally labelling to complete the process.
