ZEBRA is used in the manufacture of reduced, low and no alcohol beers (0% & 0.0%) and malt beverages.
ZAB/65 ‘Zero Alcohol Base’ provides clean malt flavour with foam, body and mouthfeel for NAB/LAB applications. Requires filtration to produce a clear beverage base.
