My spinach and ricotta pasta bake is easy to make. Serve with garlic bread and green salad. This recipe feeds 6 .

Method:
1) Pre-heat oven to 180°C
2) Cook penne pasta in large saucepan of boiling salted water for half the time stated on packet
3) Add fresh spinach to saucepan just before draining
4) Reserve 1 cup of the liquid and drain pasta and spinach
5) In a separate bowl, mix together ricotta, crumbled feta, chopped dill and salt
6) Transfer this mixture to the pasta and spinach together with the reserved liquid
7) Spoon into an oven proof dish and even out
8) Tear mozzarella into chucks and scatter over top
9) Cover the dish with baking foil and back for 20 mins
10) Remove from oven, remove foil and bake for another 10 mins until the top has browned
