Method:
1) Finely chop the onion, chop the mushrooms and mince the garlic cloves
2) Add Quorn® Mince to a large pan and pour over enough boiling water just to cover. Simmer for 20 mins until water has been absorbed
3) While the mince is simmering, add the onions and garlic to a little oil in another pan and sauté until soft
4) Add the chopped mushrooms, then herbs and chopped tomatoes along with the tomato puree and sugar (season with salt & pepper to taste)
5) Simmer for 20 mins
6) Once the water has been absorbed from the mince add to the tomato sauce mixture and cook for a further 10 mins
7) Boil spaghetti in salted water and cook according to the guidelines on the packet
8) Serve with freshy grated parmesan and garlic bread!
